Release 0.03

Soma2 0.03 fixes bugs and makes internal improvements. No real changes are visible from a user's point of view. That said, 0.03 is the first version to require Java 1.5. Much as the very first prerelease version of Soma2 required the then-new 1.4 JDK, 0.03 requires the J2SE 1.5 to compile or run.
